Three Peaks Challenge raises over £4,000 for the Opal Foundation
We did it!
• The highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales
• 17 intrepid participants
• 26 miles of ascent and descent
• Over 1,000 miles by road
• Heat, snow and exhaustion….
….All within 24 hours!
Congratulations and well done to our intrepid 3 Peaks Challenge team, who overcame heat, snow and exhaustion (from very little sleep) to climb the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) within 24 hours, to raise £4,000 (and rising) to provide safe water and sanitation for the people of Kechene Slum, Ethiopia.
