Work has started to upgrade a selected number of apartments to Premium Apartments at Wilmslow Park, which will open in September 2011.
The Premium Apartments will feature:
- 32” flat screen TV
- Faux leather sofas
- New stainless steel kitchen appliances
- Halogen hob
- Enhanced kitchen and floors
- Enhanced bedroom decor
The upgrade will also see Standard Plus rooms with 4ft beds installed in all current Standard bedrooms in Phase 1 of the development.
A show flat opened in February and feedback from students to date has been very positive, with many students looking forward to moving in to their stylish new homes.
Since Wilmslow Park opened in 2002 as a flagship development in Manchester, the student accommodation market has evolved and the investment in the new Premium Apartments is part of Opal’s ongoing commitment to continuous product development.
