Opal Property Group is a leading provider of student accommodation.
The primary responsibilities of this role during the day are to ensure the premium accommodation is maintained to the highest of standards, delivering this service to meet our customer charter. The responsibilities will include such tasks as joinery, painting and minor maintenance works. At night the responsibility is to ensure the building is safe and secure, this involves hourly patrols and CCTV watching. The role requires someone experienced in delivery of excellent customer service, good communication skills and the ability to always work to the highest possible standards. The role works on a rota system, each shift is 12 hours and this covers both day and night on a 4 on 4 off rota basis.
You will be self motivated and comfortable working on your own but with the ability to contribute to the wider team. Some experience of working in a similar environment would be beneficial to your application.
