    SEASONAL Maintenance Helper
     
     A brief outline of terms and conditions are given below:

    • Hourly rate of £6 per hour paid weekly in arrears
    • Approx. 40 hours a week
    • Monday to Fridays 9am-5pm
    • Temporary contract 4 weeks
    • Company uniform (pinafore/polo shirt) to be provided

    Duties
    • Assist with the shampooing all bedroom/lounge/corridor carpets
    • Assist with the shampooing all soft furnishings within flats
    • Assisting maintenance team with maintenance checks and some repairs
    • Removal and replacement of net curtains
    • Removal and replacement of furniture
    • Replacing misc. items from flats
    • Liase with Line Manager
    • Liase with Security/Maintenance team
