Opal Property Group is proud to have forged extremely close working relationships with our university partners, and boasts 20 leases with 14 major institutions - agreements comprising 75% of the beds in our hall portfolio.
Opal have been so successful in forging close relationships with institutions and organisations of varying sizes by operating a true partnership approach - liaising closely with universities to develop tailored schemes throughout design and planning stages, and working with local authorities to ensure that our buildings integrate with the communities they grow in - whilst adding the benefit of Opal's 25 year experience in design and build to produce truly exceptional and sustainable schemes.
Opal have proven that an ethical approach to business, our staff, partners, local authorities and communities is of benefit to every party involved. This approach continues to benefit Opal in helping to secure more beds in our portfolio operated through University partnerships, where we continue to liaise on operational issues to ensure the best service is achieved.
