AIM : To continue sustainable growth of the business.
We aim to do this via:
- working with Universities in close partnerships
- working with NHS Trusts, Housing Associations and other agency's to provide key worker accommodation
- new build, purpose designed schemes and acquisition of existing buildings from Land/Site Owners/Agents
- forming of financial and joint venture partnerships
- working with local authorities on major regeneration projects
UNIVERSITIES
To date, we have secured 20 university leases and take pride in working with our university partners. We are keen to bring Opal's "added value" to other universities.
NHS TRUSTS
Our experience and position as one of the leading providers of student and private residential accommodation puts us in an excellent position to be service this sector.
HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS
We are keen to forge relationships with social housing providers in order to add value and help local communities.

- Private residential - not less than 60 apartments for letting

- Brownfield preferred
- Will consider demolition of existing buildings
- Will consider purchasing several smaller plots together

- Will consider renovation of large warehouses etc
- Will consider large houses for conversion to flats
Preferred Location - Private schemes
- Near City or suburban centres
- Near an established area with good letting record
- Near transport
- and ideally:
- Near water such as river, canal or lake
- Should have off street parking capacity
- Green aspect such as trees, landscaping or parkland
Preferred Location - Student schemes
- Next to the front or back door of University or very close to campus or adequate transport link
Builders
We would welcome hearing from builders with a proven track record in delivering quality products on time. Builders of a size able to provide turnkey finance are preferred.
