DESIGN
Having undertaken many and varied redevelopments and new build schemes, we have a full understanding of the key design elements to be included in mixed-use, private residential and regeneration projects.  We work in close partnership with architects, planners and designers at all stages of the design process to ensure the end product exceeds customer expectations.

BUILD
We have an excellent working relationship with a number of main building contractors.  Through a highly skilled project management team, Opal retain tight control throughout the build period to ensure the product is delivered at the right quality, at the right time, and for the right price.

FINANCE
Our experience in financing property transactions, together with currently available facilities in excess of £190 million, means that we will be able to structure the transaction appropriately

OPERATION
With over twenty five years experience in the student, mixed use and residential market, we have a clear understanding of the key activities that are required to ensure a successful operation.
